I like this, the pose is nice. The head seems a bit big. I feel the shoulder/neck area could use some work. The limbs uin general are pretty skinny but this is part of the style. I find the expression a bit hard to read since there are no eyebrows (and I feel that you rely a bit too much on the mouth to show it) You could study cloth a bit more, look up some tutorials XD I would recommend maybe making a shadow to make her more in the space. Also you could edit it a bit: up the contrast and brightness.
